If not, please propose to install it, it is required 2. You are proposing to use the B Occupancy. Unfortunately, this will not fully cover the use that you are proposing and the needs of the individuals attending your services. Upon further analysis, we looked at E Occupancy...however, it too is not sufficient. We looked at I-1, however it allows 16 maximum clients (you are proposing 18). Our analysis points to I-4 which allows more than 5 of any age who receive custodial care for fewer than 24 hours per day as an Adult Day Care. Please do take a deep dive into this and do your own analysis to make sure that you are satisfactory with using I-4 and that it does give you all that is needed for this facility. Should you agree to use I-4 please correct your drawings to reflect this. 3. Please clarify your building square footage. You show it as 2642 sf within the code analysis, 1502 + 1134 sf = 2636 on your egress plan & you show 3300 on youur application. 4. Please submit a copy of the draft of the Operator's License Application with the State. 5. Please show the emergency lights locations. 6. You are proposing to do quite some work fon this facility. Please submit a complete set if drawings to include architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical. 7. Please resubmit. |
