Submit your revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Building Review Section comments were addressed. Provide a complete Code Analysis to include: 1. Occupancy Classification/Group (this should be A-2) 2. Confirm that Fire Sprinkler exist 3. Re-verify the allowable area per IBC table 506.2 4. Provide a detailed calculation of the occupant load, provide a tally for each area/space leading to the total occupant load. 5. Provide the calculation in determining the water closet and lavatories required based on the occupant load per IBC table 2902.1 6. Provide the calculation for egress sizing per IBC 1005. 7. Are emergency light with battery back up installed. Correct all the building codes year. On your Site Plan, identify the location of the bicycle rack(s). Indicate which equipments are NSF compliance. Egress Plan: Show the dimension of the overall diagonal of the restaurant per IBC 1007. Provide the distance between required exits. NOTE: egress shall not pass through kitchen, storage or closet per IBC 1016, unless the space is configured to allow safe passage.
