The site is in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15). An Administrative and Professional Office use permitted in the HO-3 zone, subject to use-specific standard 4.9.13.K. 1. Per Tucson Unified Development Code Section 3.3.3.G.2.c, a development package is required for building or structure additions and reconfigurations of areas outside a building. The development package shall meet the Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial and Industrial Sites checklist requirements: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for under application type “Development Package” through the Tucson Development Center Online.
