1. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with TD-DEV-0623-00277, Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved.
COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP.

2. Zoning acknowledges the HPZ review application included with this submittal but until approved by Historic Zoning cannot approve this plan.
