Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. The site is in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15). An Administrative and Professional Office use permitted in the HO-3 zone, subject to use-specific standard 4.9.13.K. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with TD-DEV-0623-00277, Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP. 2. Zoning acknowledges the HPZ review application included with this submittal but until approved by Historic Zoning cannot approve this plan. Full HPZ review is required for the proposed exterior improvements.
