Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. The site is in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15). An Administrative and Professional Office use permitted in the HO-3 zone, subject to use-specific standard 4.9.13.K. 1. This comment was not addressed. Per Tucson Unified Development Code Section 3.3.3.G.2.c, a development package is required for building or structure additions and reconfigurations of areas outside a building. The development package shall meet the Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial and Industrial Sites checklist requirements: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for under application type “Development Package” through the Tucson Development Center Online. Zoning cannot approve this building permit until a development package has been submitted, reviewed, and approved. 2. Zoning acknowledges the HPZ review application included with this submittal but until approved by Historic Zoning cannot approve this plan. Full HPZ review is required for the proposed exterior improvements.
