a. Include the conductor sizes and types, conduit sizes, transformer ratings, etc.

2. Provide Fault Current Analysis and show new equipment AIC rating sufficient to withstand the calculated Fault Current. Provide Available Fault Current calculations from TEP transformers to all new equipment, 2023 NEC 110.24.
3. Show new Panel’s and other new equipment with AIC ratings greater than or equal to the Available Fault Currents calculated, 2023 NEC 110.10.

COMMENTS:

1. Provide the size of the backflow preventer associated with the water meter, and the total water demand that will be served by the new 1” water meter. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024
2. Reduced pressure backflow prevention assemblies (instead of double check valve assemblies) are required to be installed directly after the water meter for buildings that have chemicals, cleaning agents, or other contaminants that may come in direct contact with water. (see also Tucson Water Standard Detail 1802).
