03/17/2026 Commercial Mechanical Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Provide heating and cooling load calculations to justify the heating/cooling capacities of the specified HVAC units. Reference: Section C403.1.1 and C502.2.3, IECC 2018.
2. Show that the walk-in cooler and the walk-in freezer meet the construction requirements of Section C403.10.2, IECC 2018.
3. Show that the walk-in cooler and the walk-in freezer meet the efficiency requirements of Section C403.10.2.1, IECC 2018.
4. Condensate drains may not terminate over a roof drain or gutter unless the roof drain or gutter terminates at or below grade in an area capable of absorbing the condensate flow without surface drainage (see details 7/M402 and 5/P403). Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson.
5. Show the size, routing, and termination of the condensate drains. Reference: Section 307.2.1, IMC 2024 as amended by the City of Tucson.
