I visited the site on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. 2. The billboard footprint shown on the Site Plan, sheet 1 of 2, may be shown slightly too far north. I am not suggesting that Google Earth is a reasonable substitute for an actual surveyor, but in the Google Earth aerial photo from 2025, the billboard seems further south than where shown on the Site Plan. Please verify the billboard location and the north-south dimensions noted on the plan. 3. Three of the four steel angle bracing members, two horizontal and two diagonal. noted on the "South Face Sign Elevation" on sheet 2 of 2 are bent /damaged. 4.
