After reviewing the plan set, sheet #4 (A-1) does not match up with the approved site plans from associated development package TD-DEV-0825-00206. The sidewalk does not quite match as approved, and there is a “New Patio” shown on the north of the addition which was not shown in the DP. There also appears that Keynote #4 Compressor was not shown as well. It will be required that either the DP be revised to demonstrate what is being proposed or revise the commercial plans to align with approved site plans. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: The site plan on the approved Development Package (TD-DEV-0825-00206) does not show the “new patio” or the “compressor”. Also, the proposed height is listed as 15’ in the commercial building permit elevation sheets, however the Development Package lists the height as 14’. Please ensure the site plan, including heights, on both the Development Package and the associated building permit match. Please either revise your Development Package to show all site improvements or revise your commercial building permit site plan to align with the Development Package. 2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
