The plans indicate that the kitchen area is divided into three separate spaces, with doors shown between them. Please clarify how air is being transferred between these spaces and how the design avoids using egress routes as a duct? Reference: Section 601.2, IMC 2018. 2. In Kitchen Tenant Space (130), the plans indicate approximately 2550 CFM at the return grille, while only 300 CFM is being supplied to the space. The amount of return air taken from any space shall not exceed the amount of supply air delivered to that space. Please revise or clarify. Reference: Section 601.5(3), IMC 2018. |
