COMMENTS:

1. Please revise the outside air calculations on Sheet M301.1 to classify the area served by Unit HP-2 as a kitchen only. The plans currently identify HP-2 as serving a kitchen, retail, and office, but the return air is located in the grab-and-go area. In accordance with footnote (b) of Table 403.3.1.1, air from kitchen spaces shall not be recirculated to other occupancies. Therefore, the entire area served by HP-2 shall be treated as a kitchen, and the outside air calculations shall be revised accordingly. Reference: Table 403.3.1.1, Footnote (b), 2018 IMC.
