This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements. 2. Clarify scope of work. Permit details say it is a 125A rated service, but the submitted letter states it is a 200A upgrade. Clarify if this is a three-in-one meter pack or does each unit have its own separate meter? 3. There is an addressing issue with this permit. Verify addresses and units associated with these meters: 929 N 3RD AV, 928 N HOFF AV UNIT 1, 928 N HOFF AV UNIT 2. A change of address request may be required if the addresses associated with each electrical meter need to be updated. 4. Provide a complete electrical plan-set showing all proposed electrical work. 5. Should include but not be limited to: a. Provide a complete line diagram, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1. b. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40. c. Show the location of the panel on the Electrical Plan with clear working space compliance, 2017 NEC 110.26(A). d.
