1. Please provide plans prepared by a design professional for this reroofing project. In accordance with SECTION 107 of the 2018 IBC and the PDSD Building Plan Requirements, a complete set of fully dimensioned plans demonstrating the full scope of work shall be provided. All plans must be sealed and signed by an Architect or Engineer registered in the State of Arizona. The plans should provide but not be limited to the following.
A. Roof slopes and directions
B. Roofing materials, including underlayment
C. Keyed flashing details
d. Fastening details and/or notes
