COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Construction Service is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.Q with and accessory use of Hazardous Material Storage subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.B.1 & 2.d.

1. Provide the correct address and parcel for this permit. The parcel number provide in the permit will need to be revised as 108-19-010A is not associated with the location provided on the submitted photos. As there does not appear to be an address assigned to the parcel an address will need to be secured from Pima County Addressing.

2. Provide a plan that clearly shows the property lines and fence in relationship to the property lines.

3. Based on the Catalina Foothills Estates No. 7 final plat found at https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/subdivisions/search?book=22&pg=076, there is a 7.5’ sewer easement that runs along the south property line and a 15’ sewer line that runs along the eastern property line. Clearly show this easement on the plan. The proposed fence may not be built within this easement without written permission form the utility that has rights to the easement.
