1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements.
2. Provide grounding and grounding electrode systems for detached structures per NEC 250.32.
3. Provide Ground-Fault Protection for all outdoor receptacles per NEC 210.8(B).
4. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40.
5. Show the location of the panel on the Electrical Plan with clear working space compliance, 2017 NEC 110.26(A).
6. Show compliance with NEC 501 and 514. Highlight the appropriate Hazardous zones and areas on the electrical plans.

Outdoor Lighting Review:

1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. 2. Provide an outdoor lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan. Number the light fixtures on your table and use the same number on your site plan
3. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1.
4. Show compliance to total outdoor light output per 2012 City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code section 401.2. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1. 4. E1.1 – Lighting Code section 104.2.2.
5. Submit catalogue or specification sheets of the proposed light fixture illustrating the type of fixture they are whether full cut-off or unshielded.

6. Provide calcs for total lumens allowed and total lumens proposed per acre for Full Cut Off and Unshielded per table 401.1.Must include existing to remain lighting.

7. Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2.

8. Specify any exceptions used.

9. Provide Curfew lighting controls If applicable Per section 403.

This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Vehicle Rental and Sales is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-5), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.G.1 and 4.9.13.Q.

1. As development package (DP) TD-DEV-1024-00284, has not completed its first review Zoning cannot review the building plans for compliance with the DP and will review on the next submittal. Until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this plan.
