Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. COMMENTS: 1. Provide a complete code analysis. Please do an accurate occupant load calculation. The 101 Closing is an assembly space using 15 net SF for each person as well as 102 Back of House to use 15 net SF per person. Please update your occupant load. 2. Restroom to comply to ICC A117.1 NOTE: no fixture such as the sink cannot encroach into the required clear floor area around the water closet. Please correct this condition.Detail drawings to indicate at every joint using welding callout as to what type of welding is being used (the submitted drawing is not complete when it comes to attachment/fastening used). 3. Sink Counter at the Back of House room and work surface in the Closing room to comply to the required 34 inch high counter surface and 36 inches wide area and the required leg clearance under the work surface per ICC A117.1 Designate an accessible work surface/station in the Office area by showing a wheelchair at that location. 4. At water closet, 60" W x 56" D clearance area on the floor per ANSI A117 Figure 604.3 Ensure no other fixtures are within this area. Lavatory shall be maximum 34 inches above floor to the higher of the rim or counter surface, faucets and soap dispenser shall have a reach depth of 11 inches per ANSI 606.5 The lavatory faucet shall be a metering faucet. The metering faucet shall dispense a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10-seconds for accessibility. Reference: Section 412.11, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09. 2. Water supply and drain pipes under lavatories shall be insulated to protect against contact per ANSI 606.6 complying to clearances shown on Figure 606.3 ICC A117.1 5. Install a water fountain or For the business occupancy, water coolers can be substituted for drinking fountains per IBC 2902.1 and IPC 410.1 6. Accessible door opening shall be a minimum clear opening width of 32 inches. The clear opening width of doorways with swinging doors shall be measured between the face of the door and the stop, with the door open 90 degrees. Where a door opening includes two door leaves without a mullion, one leaf shall provide a minimum clear opening width of 32 inches. IBC 1010.1.1. 7. At the front and back door, install sign - This Door To Remain Unlocked When This Space Is Occupied. IBC 1010.1.9.4 THE MEANS OF EGRESS WILL BE ILLUMINATED TO A LEVEL OF NOT LESS THAN ONE FOOT-CANDLE AT THE WALKING SURFACE AT ALL TIMES THE BUILDING SPACE SERVED BY THE MEANS OF EGRESS IS OCCUPIED.
