1. Provide a detailed description of the damage done and the repairs/replacements that are required.
2. If you plan to repair the parts then it must be re-certified, by an independent testing agency, per its original listing, NEC 110.3(A)-(C). See also NEC 110.21(A)(2) for additional marking requirements. You will need to provide the re-certification certificate prior to final inspections.
3. Breakers cannot be refurbished/repaired and must be replaced.
4. Or you can replace the parts with the same part (like-for-like).
