Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated development package TD-DEV-1123-00451. Although it appears the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage are consistent with the submitted DP, Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-0224-00334 until the development package has been approved by all reviewers.

2. Any civil drawings included within the building plans should either be removed from the plan set or be marked “REFERENCE ONLY.”
