This site is located in PAD-36 (UDC 4.7.24). Food Service is a permitted use in the PAD.

1. (Comment) Site Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated development package TD-DEV-1123-00451. Although it appears the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage are consistent with the submitted DP, Site Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-0224-00334 until the development package has been approved by all reviewers.
