2. Sheet A3: Please amend plans to show the locations of Exits and exit access doors shall be marked by an approved exit sign readily visible from any direction of egress travel. The path of egress travel to exits and within exits shall be marked by readily visible exit signs to clearly indicate the direction of egress travel in cases where the exit or the path of egress travel is not immediately visible to the occupants. Intervening means of egress doors within exits shall be marked by exit signs.
3. Sheet A4: Please provide dimensions to indicate the width of all openings and doorways. IBC 107.2.3

5. Sheet A4: Please amend plans to provide a 60-inch clearance in minimum width around the water closet without the urinal within the required water closet clearance. 6. Sheet A4: Please amend plans to provide the required clear floor space of 36” for the bathroom lavatory set in an alcove. Where the clear floor space is positioned for a forward approach, the alcove shall be 36 inches minimum in width where the depth exceeds 24 inches. ❖ The normal 30-inch width of a clear floor space must be increased to 36 inches when any type of obstruction occurs on all or part of three sides and the clear floor space extends more than 24 inches into the confined area. 2009 ICC A117.1 305.7.2
