COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UD5.8.8). This site is located in the HRX-2 zone (UDC 4.7.7). Parks and Recreation is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-1), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.B & C. 1. Until approved by Historic Zoning cannot approve this plan. Historic Review is required. Please submit a special districts application as a sub-record of this permit. The submittal requirements and instructions can be found below.
