This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Automotive Service and Repair - Automotive Washing - Self Service is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4).

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with TD-DEV-0224-00042, and although it appears that the plans match, Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the revision to the DP is approved by all review agencies.
