Please clarify on the cover page that the sperate permit indicated for site utilities is specifically for private site sewer including any requirement for a backwater valve. Sheet A1.0 1. Please revise comment 44 to clarify that the civil plans with the site sewer construction will be applied for separately. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS General 1. Please include the light pole footing design in the structural plan-set as this is addressed by the engineer of record. Sheet S1.3 1. Please provide a site plan indicating the specific locations of the vacuum footings with a shade canopy and without a shade canopy. The architectural site plan does not show any canopies for the vacuums to differentiate the footing locations. MECHANICAL COMMENTS Sheet M1.0 1. The detail call-out for the drip pan of SAF-1 is incorrect. Please revise this to reflect the correct detail on Sheet M2.0. 2. Please revise the duct call-out for SAF-1 on the First Floor Plan from “EA UP” to “SA UP” as the ducting is supplying air from the supply air fan. PLUMBING COMMENTS Sheet P1.0 1.
