The single sheet submittal containing the Reference Floor Plan will not be sufficient to do a complete inspection. 3. Please submit a complete as-built drawings to include the location of the manufacturing equipment along with the existing electrical drawing. 4. Ventilation for this manufacturing structure is crucial, please submit an existing as-built mechanical drawings. 5. -or- should you have it in your possession, submit a copy of the existing building permit and the existing drawings along with your response. 6. Just for clarification, in your code analysis, you show 13,500 sf as the building area allowable (should it be 23,000 sf as an F-2 occupancy and 2B construction type) please clarify. 7.
