1. Details 2 & 3 sheet AS-121 the wall height shown exceed the allowed 6’-0” wall height allowed within a perimeter yard, UDC Article 6.6.2.I. Either the wall height needs to be reduced to 6’ max or relocated to meet the required 1-1/2 times the height of the wall required perimeter yard setback, UDC Table 6.3-4.A or a Design Development Option (DDO) for wall height will need to be submitted and approved.
