1. Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with development package (DP) D-DEV-1123-00448 and although the plans appear to match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

2. The Historic application submitted should be submitted under demo permit TC-DMO-0223-00051, not this building plan.
