1. Sheet A1.10 (Floor Plan): Provide clarification regarding the adjacent tenants to ensure proper tenant separation. Provide clarification regarding the existing building and separated mix use/non-separated mix use in accordance with 2018 IBC Section 508.

2. Sheet G1.10 (Life Safety Plan): The means of egress travels through a pickleball court, however, there are gates in that path. Gates must comply with 2018 IBC Section 1010.2, thus, panic and fire exit hardware would be required on the gates in accordance with 2018 IBC Section 1010.1.10. Provide all applicable details and updated door hardware schedule.

3. Sheet G2.10 (Signage Location Plan): The exit that is accessed through the pickleball court is missing the proper exit signage. Provide the correct exit signs in accordance with IBC 2018 Section 1013.

4. Sheet A1.11 (Enlarged Floor Plan): At least 5% of each type of locker is required to be accessible. Provide the proper number of accessible lockers along with applicable details in accordance with the 2010 ADAAG Section 222.1.

5. Sheet A5.30 (Check-In Counter Section): The checking counter does not have a portion that is accessible. Provide an accessible portion of the check in counter in accordance with 2010 ADAAG Section 902.3.
