Provide lighting controls and compliance with the total lighting power allowance and usage calculated in wattage per the 2018 IECC section C405.

Provide a complete Luminaire Schedule.

Revise the Lighting and or the Receptacle Branch Circuit designations to correlate with the Panel Schedule. For example; The lighting plan shows lighting circuits designated as A1, A2, A3. And the Panel Schedule for Panel A show these as receptacle branch circuits.

Where does Suit # 106 end? It appears that there is a Match Line going through the middle of connecting rooms.

The Equipment Schedule for ‘AC1’ shows a Minimum Circuit Ampacity rating of 20 amps at 208-230 volts. The electrical panel schedule for ‘Panel A’ shows the OCPD for ‘AC1’ rated at 30 amps. Please verify that this is not exceeding the Maximum Overcurrent Rating required by the Manufacturer of the Unit.

Show the locations on the power plan(s) and identify ‘AC1’, ‘FC1’ and ‘EF1’ including disconnecting means and switches or controls as applicable and correlate with the Panel Schedule. NEC art 408.4.

Provide a complete panel schedule for ‘Panel A’ including the amp rating and load calculations for the Panel. NEC 408.58.

The line diagram shows 2 Panels identified as Panel ‘A’ and Panel ‘B’. Is Panel ‘A’ utilized for both suites # 100 and # 106? Please clarify.

The Electrical Power Floor Plan shows receptacles printed in lighter print that are marked or identified as existing. Is it safe to assume that the receptacles and other devices shown in bold print are new?

Provide a symbols legend in the electrical plan that identifies electrical equipment and devices.

Show the locations of the Electrical Service and Panel(s) associated with this project on the Power plan(s).

04/13/2023 Commercial Mechanical REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Revise the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fan (manual switch) so that all of the air supplied to the restroom will be exhausted (i.e. all of the air supplied to each restroom is to be exhausted during the hours of operation even if the lights are off). The exhausted air from the restrooms shall be limited to no more than 10% of any subsequent supply air stream. Reference: Section 403.2.1 (4), IMC 2018.
2. Show that the proposed split system heat pump meet the requirements of Sections C403.3, C403.4, and C403.5 (e.g. provide the mechanical compliance certification from COMcheck). Reference: Section C501.4, International Energy Conservation Code 2018.
3. Provide heating and cooling load calculations to justify the heating/cooling capacities of the specified HVAC units. Reference: Section C403.1.1 and C502.2.3, IECC 2018.
04/13/2023 Commercial Plumbing REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Verify that the specified water closet will have sufficient water pressure to operate properly. The manufacturer requires a minimum flowing water pressure of 20 PSI for proper operation. Reference: Section 303.2, IPC 2018.
2. Verify that the specified sensor faucet for the restroom lavatory has an automatic time-out so that it will dispense a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle and, for accessibility, will operate for at least 10 seconds. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
3. Provide tempered water for the public restroom lavatory using an approved device conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018.
4. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatory complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018.
5. Revise the design of the venting for the restroom. Reference: Sections 901.2.1 and 912.1, IPC 2018.
6. With the exception of water closets, the vent connection to a fixture drain shall not be located below the trap weir. Reference: Section 909.2, IPC 2018.
