This site is in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A Religious Use is permitted in the R-2 zone. 1. Per Tucson Unified Development Code Section 3.3.3.G.2.c, a development package is required to be submitted and approved for the reconfiguration of an area outside a building on a non-residential development. The development package submitted shall meet the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The development package must be approved prior to Zoning approval of this permit. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be submitted under application type “Development Package” on the Tucson Development Center Online.
