The Structural Engineer is responsible for following ALL applicable Federal, State and local Municipal Codes and Ordinances. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Sheet TS: The occupant load for the tap room is calculated incorrectly. It appears that there is fixed seating (booths or benches) present and should be calculated appropriately. Provide a corrected occupant land in accordance with Section 1004.6. 2. At least 5% of the dining surfaces including that bar are required to have mobility features. Provide calculations of the required amount of accessible seating and indicate the locations. Additionally, ensure that surfaces are properly dispersed throughout the structure. Section 226.1 and 226.2 of the 2010 ADAAG. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide a detailed kitchen equipment schedule. 2. Provide all manufacturer specifications for the pizza oven for review. ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Approved PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: BLDG #2 1). Show roof drain conductor sizes on plan page P1.0. -IPC 1106.2 (only shows roof drain sizes) 2). Show the accessible route with distances to the plumbing restrooms that will serve this building. -IPC 3). Plan page P1.0 Detail #1 states water & Gas plan, no gas system is shown? -IFGC 106.3.1 4). BLDG #2 Hose Bibs on plan page P1.0 need shut off valves-IPC 606.2 5).
