This site is located in C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Food Service is a permitted use in the zone, (Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O.

1. Zoning has reviewed the plan for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-1222-00074 but until the DP has been approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this plan.

2. The architectural site plan does not match the DP. The following items are shown on the architectural site plan but not on the DP:
Entry canopy.
Fire Places – street perimeter yard setbacks may be an issue.
Tree circles
Either the building plans or the DP will need to be changed so the plans match.
