Partition type "A" surrounds a primary structural column in the "Sales Area"; however, there is no fire resistance-rated designation as required for type II-A construction primary members. Verify if II-A construction is correct and revise the partition type; or, revise the construction type to be compliant with Table 601.
2. 2018 IBC - 1109.9 & 2009 ANSI A-117.1. Revise the plans to show that 5% of the storage lockers are accessible, and the hardware does not require a pinching or twisting motion.
3. 2018 IBC - 107.2.1. Revise the code data to include whether a fire alarm system is installed.
4. 2018 IBC - 107.2.1. Revise sheet A503 to eliminate the penetration details that are not relevant to this project.
