Everything were looking good and I was ready to seal and approve your submittal. However, as discussed over the phone, your drawing shows an occupant load calculation of 108 persons. Your Minimum Plumbing required calculation reflects 3 water closet & 2 lav for men, 3 water closet & 2 lav for women, you also indicate 2 drinking fountain and 1 service sink in your calculation as required. Unfortunately, your floor plan shows a total of 3 water closet, 3 lav. Should the 2 drinking fountain exist as well as the service sink...please locate and label them on your floor plan, otherwise they will have to be installed. Should you be able to make it work by making the necessary adjustment on your occupant load calculation as discussed, correct your drawings, please let us know right away when you are resubmitting allowing us to get on it right away and assist you in getting this project of yours approved.
