Refer to drawing C2.0, Provide Section thru Retaining Wall. 3. Refer to drawing C2.0, Provide Fence info. 4. Refer to Refer to drawing C2.0, It shows the screen wall to be 12 feet high. The Narrative Letter shows the wall height to be 8 feet high. Investigate and make changes as needed. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied A report shall be submitted to the building official identifying the maximum expected quantities of hazardous materials to be stored, used in a closed system and used in an open system, and subdivided to separately address hazardous material classification categories based on Tables 307.1(1) and 307.1(2). The methods of protection from such hazards, including but not limited to control areas, fire protection systems and Group H occupancies shall be indicated in the report and on the construction documents. The opinion and report shall be prepared by a qualified person, firm or corporation approved by the building official and provided without charge to the enforcing agency. (IBC2018,414.1.3). ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied Electrical permit is denied due to no lighting or power design provided. Design needs to include at minimum: A power panel location for lighting and power circuits. Lighting and power circuit homeruns ie circuit information for the lights and the instrument, alarms, and receptacles. Exterior lighting calculation to show compliance with Tucson lighting codes. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). Narrative states project to include Bulk O2 system for a health facility, is this plan submittal for concrete pad only & is the Bulk O2 system to be submitted under another permit application??
