This site is located in HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15), Medical Service Outpatient is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-3), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.K. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0423-00218 and although the appear to match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans. COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Historic Review (UDC 5.8.8). 2. As exterior work is proposed Historic Review must be approved prior to approval of the building plans.
