COMMENTS:

1. The occupant load for this space has increased from 23 occupants (from permit # T22CM03260) to 156 occupants. Please provide mechanical ventilation calculations demonstrating that the existing ventilation system is capable of supplying the minimum required outdoor air for this space. Reference: Section 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024.
2. The previously approved plans under permit T22CM03260 show two ovens and a sink within the breakroom. These fixtures are not shown on the current floor plan. Please clarify whether these items are being removed as part of this scope of work. If the breakroom is to remain, revise the occupant load calculations as necessary to account for this space. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024.
