COMMENTS:

1. Floor sinks located within the kitchen area shall discharge through a grease interceptor. Note 3 on Sheet P201 states sinks are to be routed to a grease trap and then routed to the floor sink. Reference: Section 1003.3, IPC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson.
2. Verify if an existing grease interceptor is currently in place to prevent the discharge of fats, oil, and grease into the public sewer. Reference: Section 1003.1, IPC 2024.
3. Please provide an equipment schedule identifying new and existing equipment. The schedule shall coordinate with the equipment item numbers referenced in the sheet notes on the plumbing drawings. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024.
02/11/2026 Design Review Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT This property is located within the boundaries of the Rio Nuevo Area (RNA) overlay zone. A Design Package will need to be submitted as a subrecord of TC-COM-0126-00129, demostrating compliance with applicable requirements specified in Unified Development Code (UDC) Section 5.12.7 (https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/tucson/latest/tucson_az_udc/0-0-0-23005). Please note historic preservation review will not be required. The Design Package will need to submitted with the materials included in the Special Dictricts Application Instructions (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/3/pdsd/documents/submission-documents/special_districts_application_instructions_7.18.23.pdf).
