This site is zoned C-2 (UDC Section 4.7.21). “Alcoholic Beverage Service (bar)” is a permitted use in the C-2 zone.

1. COMMENT: Draw and dimension the suite dimensions.

2. COMMENT: The existing suite is part of a shopping center that shares a parking lot with other businesses (Walmart, Bank of America, and Taco Bell), operating as a single site. The calculations provided are missing the number of required parking spaces for the proposed bar. Please update the information to reflect both the existing on-site parking and the total required parking, including the number of spaces needed for the new bar.
