Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. 5. Provide a panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed or existing. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1. 6. Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each existing, new or modified light fixtures, receptacles, gate operator, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. COMMENT: On cover sheet, provide a general description of the project. COMMENT: Provide dimensions of the suite on the site plan. COMMENT: The existing suite is part of a shopping center that shares a parking lot with other businesses (Walmart, Bank of America, and Taco Bell), operating as a single site. A parking calculation table is required to demonstrate sufficient on-site parking to accommodate the proposed bar while ensuring that no more than 50% of the site's floor area is dedicated to uses with a parking formula of one space per 100 square feet of Gross Floor Area (GFA) or a more intense formula, maintaining the Shopping Center definition (UDC 11.3.9.C.3).
