Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please note the submittal was incomplete and the plan review was conducted using the information presented. Please amend plans to show the locations of mirrors in the new restroom and demonstrate how the configuration meets the privacy requirements of IBC 1210.3 2. Please amend the plans to provide walls or partitions and a door enclosing at least one of the water closets to ensure privacy. Per Exception #2 Toilet rooms located in child day care facilities and containing two or more water closets shall be permitted to have one water closet without an enclosing compartment. IBC 1210.3.1 3. Please amend the plans to specify the materials to be used on the walls and partitions within 2 feet of service sinks, and water closets to a height of not less than 4 feet above the floor, and except for structural elements, the materials used in such walls shall be of a type that is not adversely affected by moisture. IBC 1210.2.2 4. Please amend the plans to specify the floor finish and base that extends 4” up the surrounding walls. IBC 1210.2.1 5. Please amend the plans to provide interior elevations to all 4 walls of the restroom to demonstrate compliance with comments 1-4 above. Additionally, provide dimensions showing the height and location of all plumbing fixtures and accessories meeting the accessibility requirements for a children’s restroom.
