Please amend the restroom plan to show a clear floor space of 60 inches measured perpendicularly from the sidewall. 2017 ICC A117.1 604.3 The lavatory cabinet appears to encroach into water closet clear floor space. Items that cannot overlap the clear floor space for the water closet include counters or the accessible lavatory. 2017 ICC A117.1 604.3.3
2. Please amend the plans to provide an interior elevation or otherwise indicate the breakroom counter height (34 maximum height) 2017 ICC A117.1 902.4
A. For example, the break room and waiting area should be calculated at 15 square feet net per person, while the remaining areas may be calculated at 150 square feet gross per person.
This revision is not expected to significantly affect the total occupant load; however, it will provide a more accurate and code-compliant Occupant Load Calculation Table under the Code Review.

Footnote b on Table 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024 states that mechanical exhaust is required for the beauty salon and no air from the beauty salon may be recirculated to any other space. Fan coils FC-1 and FC-2 appear to be recirculating air from the beauty salon to the waiting area, reception, restroom, staff area, and the hallway. Reference: Section 403.2.1 (3), IMC 2024.
