Because the building containing the offices to be redone lies within the FEMA AE Zone of the Santa Cruz River Floodplain, a Floodplain Use Permit is required for the scope of work. Go to TDC-Online and navigate to the Sub-records tab of this permit to apply. The floodplain use permit must be issued prior to the approval of this permit. This permit (TC-COM-0126-00093) must also 00be re-submitted. Please, include with the floodplain use permit application a cost estimate with a breakdown of materials, labor, and fees, as well as a site plan. 2. The Location Map shall have the project roughly centered within a square mile section with a scale of 3-in equals 1-mi.
