COMMENT: All improvements to a commercial site require the submission of a dimensioned site plan showing all existing and proposed improvements, including structures, fences/walls, parking areas, pedestrian circulation, drainage areas, and/or landscaping. Include height of the fence/wall, as measured from design grade. Show lot dimensions. 2. COMMENT: Such exterior improvements typically require a separate "Development Package" submittal before the construction permit can be approved. In some cases, where the proposed fence does not impact other required improvements, vehicle, or pedestrian maneuverability on site, the a full site plan provided on a construction permit may be sufficient. This decision will be made by the City at the time that an acceptable site plan is provided. The provided information is insufficient for an approval from Site Zoning. 2. COMMENT: Approval of the submitted Rio Nuevo Special Districts application is required before Site Zoning can provide final approval for this permit.
