The sliding gate location is not clear. 1. Should the sliding gate be at the bottom of the stair, it is quite possible that it would be in the right of way. 2. Please locate the property line on your drawing. 2. FENCE HEIGHT a. Please indicate the height of the fence. 3. ACCESSIBILITY a. Please show on your plan how a wheelchair will access the front door. 4. FENCE FOOTING a. Please provide footing detail drawing for the fence. b. At gate provide drawings as to how the gate is kept upright while sliding the gate. 5. Please resubmit. |

Please note the Design Package will need to be reviewed by the Design Review Board (DRB). Administrative and Professional Office is an allowed use in this zone (UDC Table 4.8-4). Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: As this site is located within the COT Downtown Core and Rio Nuevo Area (RNA), RNA review must be completed and approved prior to Site Zoning approval of this building permit.
