Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Please include a detailed site plan showing where exactly the fence/gate will be located and a rendering of what the fence will look like (IE: height measured from design grade). There are 2 green utility boxes and gang mailboxes that appear to be located where the fence/gate will be installed. Also, we need more details to ensure the required pedestrian circulation is not obstructed by the new gate. 2.
