This is a Commercial project, and our submittal requirements ( Submittal Requirements for Review) require plans sealed by an Arizona Registrant that adequately show the scope of work for this address and how any intended changes will comply with the adopted building codes. Reference: Section 107.1, IBC 2024 and Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304. 2. Please note, all permits with an application Date of 1/01/2026 will comply with the 2024 editions of the I-Codes, with the exception of the 2018 IECC.
