As a contributor to the district, the property is Sunshine Mile District [SMD] zoning tool. Historic review is triggered by use of SMD tool. Given that this is a contributor to the district and building is over 50 years, you will need to submit Full architectural documentation per Ordinance No.10776 of April 13, 2010.
