This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). General Merchandise Sales, excluding Large Retail Establishment is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.B.3 and 4.9.13.O. 1. COMMENT: As a new trash enclosure is proposed a Development Package meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The checklist can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. Until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this building permit. 2. Per Rezoning C9-11-08 condition 17.c the location of the trash receptacles for both Walgreens, “Dollar Tree” and PAD A building as delineated on the PDP. Based on the revised PDP dated 9/23/11 the proposed trash enclosure does not match the PDP. A revised PDP will be required along with the DP.
