COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Construction Service is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.Q with and accessory use of Hazardous Material Storage subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.B.1 & 2.d. 1.

Per UDC Section 7.4.6.F.2, a one foot setback is required of a structure adjacent to a PAAL or access lane if the structure is under 15ft tall. Since zoning cannot verify the height of the proposed parking structure this setback must be shown on the next submittal or the height of the structure must meet the 15ft requirement.
