This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Construction Service is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.Q with and accessory use of Hazardous Material Storage subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.B.1 & 2.d.

1. Until the revision to the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this plan. The proposed covered parking structure is not shown on development package (DP) TD-DEV-0223-00141 and a revision to the approved DP is required prior to approval of this permit.
